The Huawei Ballet Dance Commercial aimed to showcase the harmony between technology and art. By featuring a visually stunning ballet performance alongside Huawei's cutting-edge devices, the commercial sought to evoke emotions, highlight Huawei's innovation, and convey a sense of grace and elegance.

My Role as Art Director:

As the Art Director for this project, my contributions were pivotal to its success. Here's how i made a significant impact:

1. Conceptualization and Vision:

I played a key role in conceptualizing and crafting the artistic vision for the commercial. My understanding of how technology and art could intertwine was instrumental in setting the tone and direction for the project.
2. Creative Collaboration:

Working with a foreign crew, I and my Team demonstrated your ability to collaborate across cultural and linguistic barriers. Your open communication and adaptability ensured that the artistic vision was effectively conveyed to the entire team.
3. Location and Set Design:

I was responsible for choosing the right location and set design to create a visually captivating backdrop for the ballet performance. Opposed to the usual choice of a grand theater with a minimalist, modern stage design, a local outdoor space was used to tie the character to the story.

4. Costume and Styling:

meticulous attention to detail was evident in the costume and styling choices for the dancers. ensured that the costumes not only reflected the elegance of ballet but also complemented the sleek aesthetics of Huawei products.


5. Emotion Elicitation:

Art direction played a crucial role in evoking emotions in the audience. The graceful choreography and the seamless integration of Huawei products conveyed a sense of elegance and innovation, creating a powerful emotional connection with viewers.
